The Dymax Fusion F300S provides a solution for high-throughput UV processing. Integrated with a UV curing conveyor, it delivers consistent UVA energy for adhesives, coatings, inks, potting materials, and gasketing applications. Its high-intensity curing capability helps shorten exposure time while maintaining stable quality.
The conveyor combines controlled belt movement with adjustable lamp-to-belt distance. Its 12-inch belt supports handling, while one or two Fusion F300S lamps can provide 6-inch or 12-inch curing widths. Line speeds of 1-27 feet per minute help manufacturers balance curing performance and throughput.
