I. Responsibilities and Challenges

As the Southeast Asia Sales Manager, core responsibilities include, but are not limited to, market research, customer relationship management, sales strategy development and execution, and team building and motivation. Market research requires the sales manager to thoroughly understand local market demand, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior, providing data support for product positioning and marketing strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the sales and promotion of the company's products;

2. Based on the company's regional sales targets, formulate regional sales plans, decompose targets, and organize implementation;

Job Responsibilities

1. Independently responsible for the product operation of the department, including but not limited to collecting and organizing the department's product needs, liaising with product managers, following up on needs, and tracking the performance of products after launch;
