XE14-C7412 is divided into two parts: a highly thermally conductive silicone gap filler. XE14-C7412 cures rapidly—either when heated or at room temperature—forming a soft, repairable, thermally conductive elastomer. It is the only mass-produced 10W thermal gel with an exceptionally high thermal conductivity.
