连续性的UV固化需要对UV强度或用量进行周期性地监控；DYMAX ACCU-CAL™ 160辐射计操作简单，可以重复提供UV光量度；DYMAX ACCU-CAL™ 160可测量由固定面光源或传送带式UV固化炉放射出的UV光，可以测量紫外线光强密度（mW/cm2 ）或总照射能量（mJ/cm2），极大简化了UV固化过程中的验证与监测。

辐射计用计量的方法确认UV固化过程是否在合理的参数之内。因为UV灯泡会随着使用逐渐衰减，用辐射计可以确认合适更换灯泡。
