DYMAX 3094-T/3069-T

The spectral of 365nm LED lamp are as below , there is no UVB and UVC and will get a bad tack free . The surface can not be cured .

UV wave  range  ,  including  UVA(320- 700nm) ,  UVB(280- 320nm) , UVC(200-280nm) .

When  cured  with   Dymax 5000-EC ,  as below   graph  ,  upon  a  intensity of  200mW/cm2 (D bulb), the adhesive can be cured for 2mm within 5 seconds .The adhesive can have a depth cure while  there is some kind of wet in the surface , it will not effect the adhesion of Dymax adhesive 3094-T.

Conclusion

1. Dymax 3094-T is a UVA/UVV curable adhesive , the photo initiator will react with UV light when exposed to the light wavelength from 320nm-420nm , the 365nm LED lamp cannot full y  cure D y max 3094-T ; pyy ;

2. When using 3094-T cured by Dymax 5000-EC (D bulb) , the adhesive can have a depth cure , though there is still some kind of wet on the surface , it’s OK ; d ring the c ring process the tack s rface ca sed b the o gen This during   the  c uring   process  ,  the  tacky  s urface  caused  by  the   oxygen .  This tacky surface doesn’t effect any cured adhesive properties ;
